Membership Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change. Membership refunds are available within 15 days of the payment date. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will not be issued after the 15-day period.

Event Registration Refunds

Event registration refunds are available up to 5 days before the scheduled event. To request an event registration refund, please contact us no later than 5 days prior to the event date. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted for cancellations made within 5 days of the event.
